Omyah Royals

Omyah Royals is an experienced professional in the fields of data science and technology, currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the HBCU STEM Undergraduate Success Research Center since June 2024. Omyah has volunteered with Black Girls CODE since May 2022 and has gained valuable experience as an HBCU Livestream Host for the National Basketball Association in February 2024. Previous roles include a Project Management Intern at SAP (June to December 2023), an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Morehouse College (January 2022 to August 2023), and a 1st place winner in the Google HBCU Hackathon in March 2023. Additional internships include Data Science Intern at Toyota North America, Intern for Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc., and Technology Intern at Ford Motor Company. Omyah's educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Science from Howard University (2024-2025) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University (2019-2023).
