Tami Martin is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience in strategic HR initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Black Gold Farms since April 2006. Martin has developed a deep understanding of formal and informal processes, systems, and policies within the organization, while building credibility as an HR expert both internally and externally. Previous roles include Human Resource Assistant at Amazon.com and Benefits and Compensation Intern at DuPont Pioneer, along with an internship at Kelly Services. Martin holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honors from the University of North Dakota.
