Walter Abeson is an experienced technology and security professional with a diverse background in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Solutions Engineer at Dazz since June 2024, Walter has held significant positions at Black Hat since October 2014, including NOC/SOC Staff and Technology & Security Lead. Prior experience includes working as a Security Architect and Strategic Solutions Engineer & Team Lead at SentinelOne from March 2020 to June 2024, as well as Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic after the acquisition of Endgame, where Walter was also a Senior Solutions Engineer. Additional experience includes the role of Solutions Engineer at RSA Security from May 2017 to November 2018. Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Critical Theory from Occidental College.
