Brian Beert

Brian Beert is an experienced educational and pastoral professional currently serving as a TEAM Youth Advisor at Black Hawk College since October 2024 and as an Independent Educational Consultant at Ed.U Tutoring & College Planning since March 2018. Brian's background includes pastoral leadership at Alexis United Presbyterian Church since June 2008, providing a range of spiritual care and community support. Previous roles include Support Specialist at Vibrant Credit Union, Educational Advisor at Black Hawk College, and Associate Campus Director/Dean of Students at Hamilton Technical College, where responsibilities spanned academic advising, student retention strategies, and curriculum development. Brian also served as Business Manager/Partner at Gene Brack Originals, managing marketing for original artwork, and held a previous position as Director of Christian Education at Christ United Methodist Church.
