Lynn Kendall

Lynn Kendall serves as the Regional Manager of Public Affairs at Black Hills Energy since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading Public Affairs teams across multiple states to enhance stakeholder engagement and manage issues for the utility. Previous roles encompass Community Affairs Manager at the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority, Military Community Relations Director at the Rapid City Area Chamber of Commerce, and Scheduler/Communications Director for Chris Lien's congressional campaign. Lynn's military experience includes service as an E-6 Protocol Specialist in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a Civic Engagement emphasis from Claremont Lincoln University, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from Black Hills State University, and an Associate degree in Munitions Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
