Nick Boots

Nick Boots is an experienced professional in the beverage industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Black Hops Brewing since June 2024, where a passion for beer and community engagement drives the brand. In addition, Nick has been a Principal Consultant at The Business of Beer Pty Ltd since April 2023, specializing in business strategy and commercial planning within the beer and liquor sectors. Previous roles include General Manager and Head of Sales at Stone & Wood Brewing Company, General Manager ANZ at Kegstar, and General Manager at H2Coco Pty Ltd, along with leadership positions at Aussie Vodka Pty Ltd, McWilliam's Wines Group, and Fosters Group. Nick holds a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week and a Bachelor of Business (Commerce) from the University of Sydney, alongside ongoing studies for an Executive MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
