Charles Allen

Charles Allen serves as Sponsorship Manager at Black Innovation Alliance since November 2023 and as a Neighborhood Council Member for the City of Los Angeles from July 2023, representing Baldwin Vista and Baldwin Hills Estates while participating on the Empowerment Congress West Area board. Previous experience includes key roles at Civic Nation as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Director of Government Affairs, and leadership positions at When We All Vote, Blavity Inc., BET, The White House, and the Presidential Inaugural Committee. Charles Allen completed a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online in 2021 and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morehouse College.
