Will Budington

Will Budington has a diverse work experience across various industries. Will started their career at YMCA Camp Coniston in 2016, where they held multiple roles including Cabin Counselor, Division Leader, Program Area Director, and Director of Athletics. In 2021, Will served as the Boys Camp Director at YMCA Camp Coniston.

Will then transitioned into the corporate world, working as a Talent Sourcer at Markforged and a Talent Associate at evolvetalent.io in 2022. Will is currently working as a Sales Development Representative at Black Kite. Throughout their career, Will has also been involved in extracurricular activities, such as serving on the Intramural Sports Committee at Hamilton College from 2017 to 2021.

Will Budington earned a Bachelor's degree in Africana Studies with a minor in Religious Studies from Hamilton College between 2017 and 2021. During their time at college, they also played varsity football. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Life Guard, CPR, and First Aid from the American Red Cross in March 2017 and August 2015, respectively.
