Bobbie Mills

Bobbie Mills, Ed.D., is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience across various roles in school administration and consulting. Currently serving as a member of Black Leaders Worldwide™ since August 2022, Bobbie Mills also holds the positions of Director of Social Work and Director of Middle School Instruction at GASTON COUNTY SCHOOLS, and is the CEO and Founder of Elevated Vision Educational Consulting, LLC, focusing on teacher development for K-8 educators. Previous roles include Director of Elementary Education at Scotland County Schools and Principal at Wagram Elementary School, along with several assistant principal positions. Academically, Bobbie Mills earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Nova Southeastern University, a Master's degree from Winthrop University, and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
