Yvonne Mosley

Yvonne Mosley is a seasoned leader in healthcare consulting and management, currently serving as Founder and CEO of Turn It Around LLC, where efforts focus on transforming at-risk rural hospitals into AI-enabled facilities. As a Partner at Black Leaders Worldwide™, Yvonne amplifies the voices of Black leaders across various industries. Previous roles include Program Manager for Patient Safety and Quality Improvement at the North Carolina Healthcare Association, where initiatives led to significant reductions in adverse events and hospital readmissions, and Quality and Safety Manager at Mission Health, where Yvonne improved operational efficiency through technology and compliance-focused strategies. Yvonne holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Fayetteville State University and is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
