Melissa Sneed has over a decade of experience in technical support and culinary management. Currently serving as the Lead Support Engineer at Black Mountain Software since October 2014, Melissa provides assistance to clients and trains a team of support engineers. Previous roles include Kitchen Manager at Ricciardi's on Main, where responsibilities encompassed menu planning and employee management, and various cooking positions at The Wildflower Grill and Alpine Bistro & Bakery Co. Melissa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Gonzaga University, along with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Cottey College.
