Fumiko Kobayashi, Ph.D., is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Black Oak Analytics since September 2015. In addition to this role, Fumiko holds the position of Program Co-Chair for the MIT International Conference on Information Quality since 2017. Fumiko is also an Affiliate Graduate Faculty member and has served as a Research Associate and Graduate Research/Teaching Assistant at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock since August 2010. A former Graduate Assistant at Arkansas Tech University from August 2007 to May 2010, Fumiko began their career as a Survey Analyst for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and held the role of System Architect/Project Manager at Fujitsu Limited for over a decade. Fumiko's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Integrated Computing - Information Quality from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and multiple degrees from Arkansas Tech University and Komazawa University.
