Roxy Lawrence

Roxy Lawrence, MSW, MSP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation within public policy and social equity. Currently serving as Senior Director of Research and Evaluation at Black Onyx Management, Inc., Roxy has previously held prominent roles at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, where responsibilities included directing the Center for Research on Inclusion and Social Policy and engaging in collaborative research projects. Roxy's background encompasses qualitative and quantitative data analysis, developing evaluation tools, and conducting community-based research, supported by a strong academic foundation with dual master's degrees in Social Work and Social Policy from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, along with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Kalamazoo College.
