Faith Keels

Faith Keels, aPHR, SHRM-CP, possesses a diverse and extensive background in human resources and program management. Currently serving in Human Resources at Black River Electric Cooperative since December 2023, Faith previously held various roles at Eaton from July 2019 to January 2024, including Human Resources Supervisor and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Faith's earlier career includes positions at Weiman Products, LLC, where contributions ranged from Human Resources Assistant to Coordinator, alongside involvement in Global Consumer Affairs and Product Development. Additionally, Faith directed and organized the Glenbrook Junior Spartan Cheer Program from August 2011 to November 2018, enhancing cheer instruction in the Northbrook area. Initial experience in broadcasting and promotions was gained at 92.7 FM, Charlotte, between January 1998 and December 2001. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Gardner-Webb University and an Associate of Arts in Communications from Knoxville College.
