Holly Winn

Holly Winn is currently the Chief Finance and Operating Officer at Black River Memorial Hospital. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Industrial Toolcrafters from April 1993 to July 1995. Holly was responsible for all HR, Safety, and general accounting for the company. Holly also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Ashley Furniture from April 1991 to April 1993. Holly managed the second shift in Arcadia, Wisconsin before spending a year as the HR Manager for the Whitehall, Wisconsin plant. Holly's experience in human resources and management make their an excellent fit for their current position as Chief Operating Officer at Black River Memorial Hospital.

Holly Winn has an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Holly also has certification from the Advisory Board in Fellow Advisory Board Company, American College of Healthcare Executives in Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), HRCI in Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and SHRM in SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Holly Winn reports to Mary Beth White-Jacobs, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Kyle Kovacevich - Chief Financial Officer, Melissa Erickson - Chief Nursing Officer, and Esteban Miller - Chief Medical Officer.
