Daniel McDowell

Daniel McDowell is an accomplished author and seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and management. Currently an author at Black Rose Writing since July 2020, McDowell has published works including "Level Zero," "Oak Hollow," "Pool Man," and "When Daniel Comes Knocking." Additionally, McDowell has served at Citi since May 2012, progressing from IT Helpdesk Team Lead/Infrastructure Analyst to Infrastructure Sr. Supervisor, and now holds the title of Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Service Desk Management in Premium Client Support. McDowell possesses a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Howard Payne University, complemented by prior experience in various IT roles and research for title insurance.
