Marcin Kaminski

Marcin Kaminski serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Black Sheep Coffee since October 2022, where responsibilities include designing and leading the L&D strategy and managing New Store Openings in the UK and internationally. Prior roles encompass Training Manager at Selfridges, People and Development Manager at by CHLOE., and General Manager at Leon Restaurants, where Marcin established training academies and implemented effective development programs for staff. Additionally, Marcin has managed various establishments, such as Casual Dining Group and Harris and Hoole, while playing a pivotal role at Pret A Manger during its international expansion. Educational credentials include degrees in International Law and Legal Studies, Art/Photography, and an ITEC Massage Diploma.
