Kaustubh Kale

Kaustubh Kale, CLSSGB, is an experienced operations and production manager with a robust background in industrial engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Black Sheep Foods since July 2023, Kaustubh previously worked as Production Manager at PLANETARIANS, where responsibilities included managing operations for plant-based meat production, implementing food safety protocols, and conducting R&D trials. Prior experience includes roles at Hacienda Mexican Foods, where Lean methodologies were utilized to improve processes and reduce waste, and as a Graduate Assistant at Lawrence Technological University, contributing to various conferences and events. Kaustubh holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savatribai Phule Pune University.
