Amy Kerstein has worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades, starting as a Hospitality Manager at Eddie Martini's before moving on to become the Manager at Blue's Egg. Currently, at Black Shoe Hospitality, Amy holds the title of Administrative Czar/Co-Owner at Blue's Egg & Buttermint Finer Dining & Cocktails. Amy has a wealth of experience in the industry and has been with their current company since May 2010.

Black Shoe operates its own Black Shoe Bakery, servicing its restaurants and retail clients, and creating desserts and artisanal breads. Black Shoe Catering brings inspiration from its restaurants to parties, weddings, and events throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Black Shoe Hospitality has been named to the Journal-Sentinel’s Top Workplaces since 2015.
