Jen Mills

Jen Mills is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Black Sun, where responsibilities include in-house talent management across various departments. Prior to this role, Jen worked as a Talent Advisor at All Response Media, supporting teams in multiple cities including London, Leeds, and Amsterdam. Jen’s earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Consultant at Harrison Dear Sales, specializing in recruiting for media agencies, as well as roles at Discovery Networks Europe and CIA International, where client work included major brands such as EMI UK and Calvin Klein Cosmetics. Jen holds a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and completed education at St. Marys High School in Blackpool.
