Tabitha Beaven

Tabitha Beaven has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tabitha served as the Tuneless Choir Maidenhead Leader from June 2016, leading a choir for people who can't sing. In November 2016, they founded Light Mind, a company that focuses on improving employee wellbeing and performance through mindset. Tabitha worked as a Senior Consultant at Connor Consultancy from November 2017 to July 2020, providing advice and support to businesses in areas such as recruitment, talent development, and career transition. Tabitha also worked as an HR Consultant at Chenavari Investment Managers from November 2016 to January 2018. At PepsiCo, they held several roles, including Europe Core Process Centre of Excellence Lead, Europe Employee Communications Manager, and Communication and Engagement Project Manager, where they managed various people processes, established an employee communications function, and supported M&A activities and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Tabitha also worked as a freelance business support provider and served as the Community Manager at MyWorkSpot Coworking from July 2020 to March 2021. Their most recent position is with Black Swan Data, where they work on HR projects starting from March 2021. Additionally, they had a brief stint as an Associate at Goldman Sachs University, where they worked as a learning consultant.

Tabitha Beaven began their education at Manshead Upper School in 1995 and completed their A Levels in Maths, Biology, Geography, and AS Level in Music in 1997. Following this, they attended the University of Birmingham from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Psychology.

In terms of additional certifications, Tabitha Beaven became a certified Mental Health First Aider in January 2019 through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Laughter Yoga Leader from UnitedMind Limited in March 2016.
