Robert Balgac is an experienced professional who has held various leadership roles in companies such as Black Swan Insurance Group, Dayton Superior, Interline Brands (a subsidiary of The Home Depot), Sears Holdings Corporation, and Citibank. Robert has managed multi-million dollar budgets, led large teams, and focused on P&L responsibilities throughout their career. Robert has a diverse background in business analytics, process re-engineering, capacity management, and project management. Robert holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business from Mount St. Mary's University.
