Chst David Perez

David Perez, CHST, currently serves as a Field Environmental Manager at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. for the TVA Kingston Gas Plant project, having held various roles within the company since 2016, including Site Safety Manager for multiple solar projects. David's extensive background includes safety and health management, commissioning operations, and overseeing safety programs for large-scale energy projects. Previous experience includes commissioning roles at GE (Alstom Power) and operational leadership positions at Rev1 Power Services and Alstom Power. David's career began at Tampa Electric, where foundational skills in control room operations and safety were developed. David holds a certification in Human Resources Management from the University of South Florida.
