Ian Harris

Ian Harris is a skilled Mechanical Superintendent and Construction Coordinator at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. since August 2021. In current roles, Ian oversees racking installation at Cavalry Solar, managing manpower, tools, and equipment while maintaining schedules and reporting progress. Additionally, Ian supports the HRSG construction coordinator at the Barry Unit 8 project, handling task breakdowns, vendor communication, and budget assignments. Ian's background includes progressively responsible engineering technician positions at Black & Veatch, focusing on structural design, as well as internships that provided diverse experience in mechanical and civil design with SPX Cooling Technologies and Kiewit. Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from the University of Central Missouri.
