Nancy Minor

Nancy Minor has extensive experience in safety and operational roles within the industrial sector. Currently serving as a Safety Specialist at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. since December 2020, Nancy also holds certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Prior experience includes positions as a Health and Safety Coordinator at Tota; Safety and a Permit Writer/Safety Coordinator at United Safety, where Nancy coordinated complex safety permitting processes during facility outages. Nancy's background also features leadership as Vice President of the United Steelworkers and as a Lead Refinery Operator for Philadelphia Energy Solutions. Additionally, Nancy contributed as Treasurer for the Jim McHugh Scholarship Fund, overseeing fundraising efforts to support scholarships for members' children and grandchildren.
