Arvind Sharmaa

Arvind Sharmaa is an experienced HR professional with a significant track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Director in India at Black & Veatch since April 2016, Arvind has previously held the position of Manager, HR Business Partner at Halliburton from November 2009 to March 2016, and was the Head of HR at Ingersoll Rand International India Ltd. from August 2007 to November 2009. Early career experience includes working as an HR Partner at Diebold Software Services from 2005 to 2007. Arvind holds a Post Graduate Program in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources from the K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, completed between 1994 and 1996.
