Jagmeet Kaur Khangura

Jagmeet Kaur Khangura, P.E. has over 18 years of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Project Manager at Black & Veatch since 2005. Jagmeet has led a variety of projects related to sustainable aviation, electrification, housing, resiliency, and agriculture. As a co-founder of Innovative Floating Solutions and Innovative Housing Solutions at Black & Veatch, Jagmeet also holds leadership roles in Electric Utility Distributed Energy Resources Planning Services and Microgrid Solutions. As a Renewable Energy Consultant, Jagmeet has been a subject matter expert in renewable energy technology and microgrids for the Department of Navy. Early career experience includes a process and civil engineering role focused on water and wastewater treatment, supported by an internship at Central Contra Costa Sanitary District, where responsibilities included monitoring water treatment processes and conducting environmental studies. Jagmeet holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
