Jason Hascall is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and talent development with extensive experience at Black & Veatch since March 2009, currently serving as Director of Talent Development and Chief Engineer for the Federal Services business unit. Hascall has led initiatives to enhance efficiency and integrate technology within projects, overseen training programs for project managers, and contributed to the structural design of government facilities. Additionally, Hascall has been an Adjunct Lecturer at The University of Kansas since August 2015, teaching Structures 1 and 2. Earlier roles include structural engineering positions at Wallace Engineering and the Midwest Roadside Safety Facility, where Hascall was involved in design and research efforts. Hascall holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
