Joe Lavoie

Joe LaVoie currently serves as Vice President at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities include managing the Key Account Management Team for federal clients, such as the Army, Navy, Air Force, Intel Community, and DTRA, along with leading business development efforts in the southeastern US. Prior to this role, Joe LaVoie held multiple Vice President positions at AECOM and HNTB Federal Services Corporation, and served as Senior Vice President at Michael Baker Corporation and Michael Baker, Jr. Inc. Additionally, Joe LaVoie's earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Public Works at the US Army Aberdeen Proving Ground. Joe LaVoie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
