Doug Daiker has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Black Walnut Cafe since March 2014. Prior to this role, Doug held the position of Assistant General Manager at Lasco Enterprises from September 2012 to January 2014 and was the General Manager at Goode Company Restaurants from 1999 to 2012. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas, earned between 1987 and 1991.
