Keita Demming, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Development & Innovation at The Covenant Group since January 2017, where a focus on developing high-performing organizations and delivering innovative solutions to complex client challenges is paramount. As a Black Wealth Club Fellow and previously Principal at Village Seed Solutions, Keita has extensive experience in strategy and evaluation consulting, facilitating collaboration among organizations. Prior roles include Account Manager at Demming Communications, where client engagement involved high-profile entities, and various positions in academic environments like the University of Toronto and the University of British Columbia, emphasizing program coordination and student development. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Workplace Learning and Development from the University of Toronto and an MSc from The University of Manchester in Organizational Change and Development.
