Tracey Copeman

Tracey Copeman has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and advertising. Tracey began their career as a Marketing Analyst at Canwest in 2000 and later took on roles such as Regional Marketing Manager and Online Marketing Manager. Tracey then worked at HSBC Bank Canada as a Senior Manager in Direct Marketing & Sales, where they played a key role in the development and launch of the company's website. Tracey also worked as the President & Creative Director at Narcissist Design Co. In 2006, they returned to HSBC Bank Canada as a Digital Marketing Consultant on a contract basis. Tracey then joined TRADER Corporation as a Senior Manager for Online Media before moving on to O2E Brands, where they served as a Digital Marketing Manager and built and managed a successful marketing team. Tracey's most recent position was at Postmedia Network Inc., where they held various roles, including Director of Integrated Advertising and Director of Account Management. In these roles, they led strategic sales transformations and was responsible for significant revenue. Tracey successfully built and developed client success teams and implemented CRM/workflow automation, resulting in increased customer satisfaction. Tracey's most recent role was as the Director of Account Management at Black & White Zebra.

Tracey Copeman graduated with honors from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2002, where they obtained a degree in Marketing Management with a focus on Marketing Communications. In 2015-2016, they attended Minerva BC, earning a degree in Organizational Leadership through the Women Leading the Way program. Additionally, in 2000-2001, Tracey completed the graduate program at Landmark, specializing in The Landmark Forum and workshop series. Tracey has also received certifications, including Service Hub Software and Sales Certified, from the HubSpot Academy in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
