Cofounder at Black Women Talk Tech

Esosa Johnson has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they co-founded Black Women Talk Tech, a community supporting Black women scalable entrepreneurs through various initiatives. Esosa later became a scout at Ada Ventures in 2020. In 2021, they joined RAVN as a Program Lead, Investments. Esosa also served as the Chief Executive Officer of MaskGrant in 2020, a company dedicated to providing masks to healthcare facilities. Prior to these roles, they co-founded CoSign Inc in 2013. Esosa also worked at Citi, Bedford Stuyvesant YMCA, and Citigroup in various management roles. Esosa started their career as an intern at JPMorgan Chase and Bear Stearns.

Esosa Johnson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Temple University Rome, although the specific degree or field of study obtained during that time is unknown. Additionally, Esosa Johnson obtained a certification in Black Venture Institute from UC Berkeley Executive Education in April 2021, as well as a certification in Building a High Performance Business from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in May 2019.
