Brandon Stirnaman

Brandon Stirnaman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product management, currently serving as a Sr. Distinguished Engineer and Technical Product Manager at Blackbaud since June 2016. Brandon has a proven track record of leading teams and designing strategies to enhance internal developer productivity, and played a key role in the development of the Engineering System developer platform that supports all modern development practices. Prior to Blackbaud, Brandon gained valuable expertise through roles at stirno, LLC as a consultant, and as the founder of Fluent Solutions, where innovative cross-platform software development tools were created. Brandon also held senior positions at 3M and ILM Professional Services, focusing on user interface development and software architecture. Early career achievements include leading development teams and building core products at NetWork Center.
