Jeff Brown

Jeff Brown is an experienced professional in customer success and management with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Enterprise Customer Success Manager for the Faith-Based Vertical at Blackbaud since August 2019, Jeff has previously held roles such as Customer Success Manager at SparkCognition, where the focus was on the deployment of SparkPredict, and Account Executive at the same company. Earlier experience includes Account Manager at Tolteq, Vice President positions at Field Asset Services overseeing vendor management and operations, and pastoral roles at Hill Country Bible Church. Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
