Kristi Alu

Kristi Alu is currently the Director of Talent, Early Careers & Allyship at Blackbaud since September 2021. Kristi is also a Founding Member of ProFound, a professional network of disability-inclusive leaders. Previously, Kristi held various roles at BNY Mellon from May 2017 to September 2021, including Global Head of Enterprise Campus Recruiting and Vice President, Global Recruiting Manager. Kristi also worked as a Lead Recruiter at Beacon Hill Staffing Group and PLS Logistics Services. Kristi holds a Masters in Human Resource Development and Organizational Psychology from Villanova University and Bachelor's degrees in Neuropsychology and Psychology-Neuroscience from University of North Carolina Asheville and Bond University.
