Kristi Vallance

Kristi Vallance has extensive experience working in customer support at Blackbaud since September 2014. Kristi collaborates with multiple teams, researches industry trends, tests performance, and coaches customer facing analysts. Kristi also communicates with leaders of private institutions. Prior to Blackbaud, Kristi worked as a Medical Records Assistant at BASF from 2012 to 2014, where Kristi supported the Health Management team and managed confidential data. Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Kean University.
