Melany Castro

Melany Castro is a seasoned Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Blackbaud, responsible for implementing and migrating the Raiser’s Edge system for nonprofit organizations, alongside managing global account cancellation data extraction. Previously, Melany served as a System Support Specialist and Executive Administrator at Citi, where responsibilities included technical support, data analytics, and leading the hiring process for the Business Support Unit across multiple Latin American countries. Melany began a career at Intel Corporation, providing technical support and contributing to significant improvements in service desk metrics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, and ongoing Master's degrees in HR & Knowledge Management from Universidad Europea del Atlántico and Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana.
