Nathan Dalechek

Nathan Dalechek, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, team training, and event management. As the owner of Elite Events Charleston since January 2018, Nathan has successfully managed over 300 events, providing diverse entertainment services. Concurrently, Nathan serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Blackbaud, overseeing contract negotiations, developing training content, and enhancing the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility programs. Previous roles include Program Manager and Corporate Trainer at Good Done Great, Regional Trainer at Microsoft, and Sales Associate at Protective Life.
