Otto Orr

Otto Orr serves as the Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace Services at Blackbaud, a position held since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading global teams in real estate, portfolio optimization, and facility operations. Prior to this role, Otto Orr was the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at LPL Financial from May 2011 to January 2015, overseeing corporate real estate design and project management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at CBRE, where Otto Orr managed the Duke Energy Center project, achieving LEED-CI Platinum certification, and as a Global Project Manager at Ingersoll Rand, where strategic projects in building and renovating distribution centers were managed globally. Otto Orr earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
