Sean Laughlin

Sean Laughlin is currently the Canada Country Sales Leader at Blackbaud, where their team supports non-profit organizations through SaaS solutions for fundraising and financial management. They lead Blackbaud's operations in Canada, serving over 900 customers while also acting as a coach and mentor. Prior to Blackbaud, Sean held leadership roles at Microsoft, Capgemini, Oracle, and SAP, where they developed expertise in sales and client partnerships across various sectors. Sean is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Accounting at McGill University.
