Shawn Dukes-MacGargle

Shawn Dukes-Macgargle, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer marketing and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Customer Marketing Programs at Blackbaud since May 2014, Shawn manages the Customer Reference Program and collaborates with various teams to enhance customer engagement and advocacy. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Head Administrator/HR Liaison at Husqvarna, where significant improvements were made to the customer service department and overall operational efficiency. Shawn possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Franklin University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University.
