Skyler McKinstrie

Skyler McKinstrie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data insights and customer success operations. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal at Blackbaud since July 2014, Skyler is responsible for developing and executing the data insights strategy across the Customer Success organization, focusing on proactive and prescriptive interactions to enhance customer value. Previously, as the Manager of the Data & Reporting Team within the same company, Skyler led a team of analysts to transform data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision making for leadership. Prior to Blackbaud, Skyler worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from October 2008 to June 2014, offering expertise in data analysis, project management, and business process improvement for various Federal sector clients. Skyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2007.
