Thomas Palmatier has over twenty years of experience in leading Technical Support teams, crisis communication, incident management, and technical account management. They began their career as a Medical Research Assistant at the Medical University of South Carolina from 2004 to 2005 before moving to Blackbaud, where they held various roles, including Contact Center Team Manager and Product Support Manager. In these positions, they managed teams and improved customer satisfaction while implementing six-sigma process improvements. Currently, Thomas serves as the Head of the Critical Response Center at Blackbaud, continuing to enhance customer support strategies for large non-profit organizations. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, Entrepreneurship from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
