Aniek Hartlief has a diverse range of work experiences in the fields of HR, recruitment, and marketing.
Aniek started their career at Mini Brandstore Amsterdam as a hostess from December 2011 to January 2013.
In 2013, Aniek worked at Work-on, first as an intern in communication from February to May 2013, and later as a part-time Talentcoach from May to September 2013. They were responsible for managing their own accounts, recruiting candidates, and promoting job opportunities through various channels.
Aniek then interned at Stayokay, focusing on marketing and communication from August 2014 to January 2015. They contributed to internal and external communication projects, developed promotional campaigns, and established new marketing partnerships.
From May 2016 to February 2017, Aniek worked as a recruiter at Randstad Nederland.
In 2015, Aniek completed a graduation internship in marketing and communication at TMG (Telegraaf Media Groep). They conducted qualitative research on Privé Magazine's target audience and created a content marketing plan to increase subscriber retention. Additionally, they were responsible for communication plans, promotions, and maintaining the website and social media channels.
Aniek then joined Maxem Energy Solutions as an HR and recruitment manager from March 2017 to January 2019. They were responsible for handling HR and recruitment processes for all start-up companies within the Transitions Now Group, focusing on clean-tech and sustainable energy.
Following that, Aniek worked at ViriCiti as an HR and recruitment manager from March 2017 to December 2018. They then became a people manager in January 2019, overseeing various aspects of HRM, including organizational development, performance management, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
Aniek's next role was as an HR manager at Brenger from February 2021 to December 2021. They focused on scaling teams and improving people processes to ensure a smooth employee journey.
Currently, Aniek is the Head of People & Culture at blackbear, a license-based outsourcing solution. Their responsibilities include building a strong People & Culture team, improving processes to support hyper-growth, and integrating blackbear's culture into all aspects of the company.
Aniek Hartlief obtained a Bachelor of Media, Information and Communication degree with a focus on Reclame, Marketing & Communicatie from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Aniek completed their studies in this field from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they pursued a similar program at the university from 2014 to 2015. Prior to their university education, Aniek attended Roc Aventus from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Management & Ondernemen niveau 4 with a specialization in Horeca.
