Jessica Murray-Westerman has a diverse work experience in customer success and customer service roles. Jessica is currently a Customer Success Manager at blackbear, where they manage an online marketplace and rates the work of Solvers. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Treatwell as a Customer/Partner Success Manager, where they onboarded new partners and drove software adoption. Jessica also served as a Supervisor for the customer experience team at Treatwell. Before Treatwell, Jessica worked as a Travel Advisor at TravelBird, providing customer service through various channels and overseeing interns and seasonal workers. Jessica also had internships at Lavida Travel B.V. and TUI Nederland.

Jessica Murray-Westerman has a diverse education history. Jessica attended ROC van Amsterdam from 2013 to 2016, where they studied International Travel & Tourism Management. Prior to that, they enrolled at ROC Leiden from 2011 to 2012 and pursued a field of study called Commercieel Medewerker. In 2007, they began their education at Nova College, specializing in Schoonheidszorgen / Schoonheidsspecialist (Beauty Care / Esthetician) until 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained two certifications. In October 2021, they completed the "Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers" course from LinkedIn, as well as the "Customer Success Management Fundamentals" course, also from LinkedIn.
