Leah Polinski

Leah Polinski is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and service. Currently serving as the Dining Room Manager at Blackberry Farm since March 2019, Leah previously held the position of General Manager at Boulud Sud Miami from November 2017 to November 2021, and served as Assistant General Manager at db Bistro Moderne Miami from October 2012 to November 2021. Additionally, Leah worked as a Teaching Artist at Miami Theater Center in 2012 and gained early experience as a Server at qualia on Hamilton Island from July 2011 to February 2012. Leah holds a degree from New College of Florida and has a background from New World School of the Arts PTSA.
