Elaine Rabonza

Elaine Rabonza has extensive experience in quality assurance and automation, with a strong background in leading and managing QA teams. At Bluescape Software and BlackBerry, Elaine has held various roles such as QA Automation Manager and Senior Director of QA & Automation, where Elaine has been responsible for ensuring software quality, implementing QA standards, and driving improvements in CI / CD maturity. As an Automation Quality Architect, Elaine has focused on optimizing QA processes, driving adoption of new automation tools, and creating testing standards. During their time at RIM and Aspect Software, Elaine has demonstrated their skills in project management and team leadership, working on various complex enterprise solutions and wireless data products.
