Jana-Lynn Louis

Jana-Lynn Louis, MPH, currently serves as the General Manager of Operations at Blackbird Collective, providing strategic advice to the Founder/CEO and managing operations, member experiences, community partnerships, and staff development. Previously, Jana-Lynn held roles such as Senior Project Manager for Transformation at Lionsgate, where workflows were optimized to enhance operational efficiency, and Project Management Office Lead at the University of Southern California, establishing project management practices. With experience as Program Officer at Greater Washington Community Foundation and Senior Associate at HCM Strategists, Jana-Lynn has a strong background in managing significant funding portfolios, leading program operations, and developing training initiatives. Earlier roles included Senior Program Associate at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute and various research positions at The Johns Hopkins University. Jana-Lynn holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy Analysis from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oakwood University.
