Lee McKinnon Pederson

Lee McKinnon Pederson is a seasoned game development executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple prominent companies in the industry. Currently serving as the VP of Development at Blackbird Interactive, Pederson oversees a diverse team of over 100 individuals working on various AAA projects, including a significant contribution to Minecraft Legends as both Executive Producer and Lead Producer. Prior experience includes key production roles at Relic Entertainment, where Pederson led the development of Company of Heroes 3 and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III. Pederson's career began in quality assurance and project management roles at Radical Entertainment and progressed through positions at several other game studios, reflecting a robust track record in managing large-scale game productions and fostering partnerships with major publishers.
